I would like to call my work Lyrical Surrealism, but I am told it is not. So, my work is a color/surface exploration, a tactile narration, if you will, that breaks down pattern into chaos. No, better, --my paintings confront the marriage of chaos and order.  But my paintings  ( I strongly suspect) are gay, so they can’t get married, I mean, not really, not like a man and a woman and god and stuff.  If the medium is the message, my message would be acrylic on wood, with cast plastic, stones, plaster and anything else that might create a bump on the surface.  If by instinct you look for faces in the cracks on the wall, you’ll love my work, or feel obligated to pretend to love it. And that is my statement, I stand behind it 62%.
